Everything for a paid channel in one dashboard

Not just a "pay button". The full cycle — from selling a subscription to the automatic receipt and access delivery.

Payments in hryvnia

Monobank, WayForPay or LiqPay — money goes straight to your sole-proprietor account in hryvnia. No foreign-currency payouts or conversions.

Recurring subscriptions

Auto-charge on a saved card. The subscription renews itself — you don't have to remind every customer to pay.

Automatic fiscal receipts

Connect your own Checkbox cashier — and every payment is fiscalized and reported to the tax service automatically. Your customer gets a receipt, you punch nothing manually.

Flexible periods

Monthly, yearly, "forever" or a trial. You choose the model — you're not locked into a rigid 30 days.

Auto-grant & auto-revoke

After payment the subscriber is automatically given access to the channel. If the subscription lapses, access is revoked just as automatically.

A full bot platform

Flows, broadcasts, an AI assistant, a knowledge base, live chat. The channel is just the start — build full automation on top.

How it works

From idea to first payment — four steps

Step 01

Connect your channel

Add the bot as an admin to your private Telegram channel. Sign-up is free, no card required.

Step 02

Set up the subscription

Pick the price, the period (monthly / yearly / forever / trial) and a payment provider — Monobank, WayForPay or LiqPay.

Step 03

Sell

The subscriber pays in the bot, gets a fiscal receipt and an automatic invite to the channel. Money lands in your account.

Step 04

Retain

Subscriptions renew by auto-charge. Access is revoked automatically if a payment fails. You just publish content.

Pricing & commission

A commission ladder — the more you grow, the less you pay

Commission is charged only on your subscribers' successful payments. Pick a plan — lower the rate.

No surprises

Commission accrues only on successful payments. Existing subscriptions are never blocked — limits on new sales kick in only after a prolonged non-payment of your plan invoice.

FAQ

Common questions about paid channels

Honest answers to the questions you should ask any monetization service — before trusting it with your channel.

Can I take my subscriber base with me if I ever leave?

Yes — subscriber data belongs to you, not to us. Each member's Telegram ID, plan, status, and access end date are visible in your dashboard, and the "Export CSV" button downloads both the subscriber base and the subscriptions with plans and dates — one click, no support tickets. No vendor lock-in: the channel is yours, the bot is yours, the merchant account is yours.

What happens to my subscribers if I downgrade my 4u.bot plan?

Nothing dramatic. Paid channels work on every plan, including Free — plans differ in limits, commission rate, and extra features. After a downgrade your subscribers keep their channel access and their auto-renewals keep working.

The one exception: if your bot uses features of a higher tier (for example, AI chat), the bot will ask you to renew the plan before it continues responding. Subscribers' channel access is not affected.

Do subscriber auto-renewals keep running if my 4u.bot payment is overdue?

Yes. Subscriber card tokens are stored in your isolated database schema, and charges go directly to your own monobank, LiqPay, or WayForPay merchant account — they do not depend on the state of your 4u.bot subscription.

With a long-overdue invoice, the platform temporarily blocks only new sales in the bot; existing subscriptions keep renewing. Once the invoice is paid, everything is restored automatically.

What about double charges? How do I refund a subscriber?

Double-charge protection is built in at several levels: payment webhooks are idempotent, and a retried charge for the same period reuses the same payment reference — the provider rejects it as a duplicate.

Refunds to a subscriber are issued from your payment provider's dashboard — the money flows directly to you, bypassing us. If a payment is ever in dispute, support will help you trace its history.

Can I test the payment flow before going live?

Yes, with all three providers. LiqPay — a dashboard test mode with a separate key pair: walk the entire subscriber journey, from the "Pay" button to access delivery, without real money. WayForPay — a store test mode where every payment is auto-refunded within ~15 minutes. monobank — a test token from the personal cabinet that accepts any valid card without a real charge. The connection form in the dashboard shows where to find each key.

Trials with card verification charge 1 UAH and refund it automatically.

Who has access to my subscribers' data?

Each client's data lives in a separate database schema — other clients of the platform cannot access it. Technical access is limited to the platform (to the extent needed for support) and the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Legally, you are the controller of subscriber data and we are the processor: the data processing agreement (DPA) is in § 13 of the public offer.
